The temperatures are always high; Boca`s weather is most of the year on average 27 degrees Centigrade. Isla Bastimentos is a living rainforest, and because of this it does rain throughout the year. Generally, rain comes in short storms which pass through quickly. The warmest month is August and the coolest month is January.
Bastimentos Island, is located in Bocas del Toro District, Panama. located on an unspoiled archipelago on Panama’s North Eastern Caribbean coast. Call as well Bocas Town is the main entry point for the enchanting Bocas del Toro archipelag.

HOW TO GO THERE?
- Take an international flight to Panama City (PTY) or San Jose, Costa Rica (SJC)
- From Panama City (PTY) we can offer to you a Private Charter Flight to Bocas del Toro Airport.
- Domestic flights are also available to arrive at Bocas airport.
- It Is also possible by car or bus from Panama City, but it will take around 10 hours.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellation of a reservation within 60 days prior to arrival: 90% of the accommodation booked will apply.
- For cancellation of a reservation within 59 – 30 days prior: 20% of the accommodation booked will apply.
- For cancellation of a reservation within 29 – 15 days prior: 50% of the accommodation booked will apply.
- For cancellation of a reservation less than 15 days prior to arrival: No refund
- No refund for no-show or early departure.
Reservation Policy:
- An advanced rental deposit must be received to confirm your reservation.
- Your reservation will be cancelled without notice if your advanced rental deposit is not received within the allotted time frame.
- The entire balance of your Invoice Total is due 45 days prior to your check-in date indicated above.
- Payment must be made by MasterCard, Visa or Wire Transfer.
- Company must be notified of all Cancellation Requests in writing.
- The Company highly recommends guests purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Checking In/Out Policy:
- CHECK-IN time is between 3:00PM and 6:00PM.
- Early check-in fee applicable.
- CHECK-OUT time is 12:00PM. Check with Villa Host or reception the day before your departure to confirm boat transportation back to airport.
- Late check-out fee applicable.
Other Policy
- Kids under 5 years old are Free.
- 1 add. person at 6-12 years old $40 + 10% per night
- 1 add. person at 13+ years old $75 + 10% per night.
- No pets allowed.
- There is a minimum of 2 nights throughout the year.
- Peak season (December 21st to January 4th) a 5 night minimum stay is required.
Conservation Fee:
Guests are charged for excessive electricity use to support the environment on Isla Bastimentos.
